Your complimentary evaluation constitutes service delivery
1. Service Delivery Definition
Important: What Constitutes Service Delivery
Service is considered delivered when ANY of the following occurs:
- A VIN lookup is performed (including your 1 VIN Evaluation)
- Market data or valuation information is displayed
- Vehicle analysis or calculations are generated
- Any data is retrieved from our systems on your behalf
AuctionCalc provides instant digital services. Once you perform a VIN lookup, you immediately receive:
- Vehicle identification and specifications
- Market valuation data and pricing analysis
- ROI calculations and bidding recommendations
- Historical market information
This data delivery is instantaneous and irreversible, which is why all VIN lookups are final.
2. No Refunds After VIN Usage
No Refunds Policy
Once any VIN lookup has been performed on your account—including your complimentary 1 VIN Evaluation—no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of:
- How recently you subscribed
- How many VIN lookups remain in your plan
- Whether you intended to perform the lookup
- Your satisfaction with the results
3. Evaluation Access (1 VIN Validation)
New accounts receive 1 complimentary VIN Evaluation to experience our Service. This evaluation:
- Constitutes full service delivery when used
- Provides complete access to all valuation features for that VIN
- Cannot be refunded, credited, or exchanged
- Is provided for evaluation purposes before subscribing
We provide this evaluation so you can assess our Service before committing to a paid subscription. Using your evaluation lookup means you have received and accepted our services.
4. Subscription Billing
All subscription fees are:
- Billed in advance at the start of each billing period
- Non-refundable once charged
- Not prorated for partial months or early cancellation
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscribers are charged on the same date each month. If you cancel mid-month, you will:
- Retain access until the end of the paid period
- Not receive a refund for the remaining days
- Not be charged for the following month
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers receive a discounted rate for committing to a full year. Annual subscriptions are:
- Non-refundable after purchase
- Not convertible to monthly plans with refund of difference
- Valid for the full 12-month period
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- No refunds are issued for the current period
- Unused VIN lookups expire at period end and cannot be refunded
6. Exceptions (Very Limited)
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error
- Service unavailability: If the Service was completely unavailable for an extended period (72+ hours) during your billing period

7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before filing a chargeback with your credit card company, please contact us first at hussein.sbeiti.wb@gmail.com.
Chargebacks filed after services have been delivered (VIN lookups performed) may be contested with documentation of service delivery, including:
- Records of VIN lookups performed
- Timestamps of service usage
- Evidence of data delivered
- This refund policy acknowledgment
8. Account Termination
If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be issued
- Access will be revoked immediately
- Unused VIN lookups are forfeited
